1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

To use jte999, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform.

  • Providing your correct date of birth at the time of registration is mandatory.
  • jte999 may request proof of age verification (national ID card, passport, etc.) at any time.
  • Failure to complete verification may result in the account being suspended or cancelled, and deposited funds will not be refunded.
  • jte999 reserves the right to cancel the registration of anyone under 21 and to forfeit all winnings.

Additionally, citizens of any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on jte999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

  • After a deposit transaction is completed, it may take some time for the balance to be credited to your account.
  • The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
  • Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • jte999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
  • Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
  • Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jte999 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus offer has specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus of ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

  • The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
  • The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10 times (10x).
  • After a bonus is activated, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned after meeting the requirements are withdrawable.

VIP Program

jte999's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier changes depend on the player's overall activity and engagement on the platform. jte999 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on jte999 are conducted fairly and transparently. Our system is regularly audited to ensure fair play.

Betting Limits

  • Each game and betting market will have specific minimum and maximum bet limits.
  • jte999 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
  • If a technical error results in an unusually high win, jte999 reserves the right to void that amount.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a gaming session, the issue will be documented and a reasonable resolution will be sought. However, jte999 will not be liable for any potential losses caused by server crashes or disconnections.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. Betting restrictions may apply after a match has started. It is your responsibility to report any suspicious activity related to match fixing or speculative betting.

7 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Opening an account or placing bets using another person's information.
  • Using software, bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence to gain unfair advantage.
  • Colluding or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
  • Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
  • Claiming bonuses or promotions using false information.
If suspicious activity is detected, jte999 reserves the right to suspend the account without prior notice and to report relevant information to the authorities.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals should be processed before the account is closed.

Closure by jte999

jte999 may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

  • In cases of violation of the Terms.
  • Failure to complete age or identity verification.
  • Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
  • Upon your own request (responsible gaming self-exclusion).
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.

After account closure, any valid balance will be returned, however bonus-related funds may be forfeited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jte999 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text and other materials — is the exclusive property of jte999 and is protected under applicable copyright law.

  • Reproducing, distributing or modifying any content without prior written permission from jte999 is prohibited.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform is prohibited.
  • Content from game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) is subject to their own intellectual property policies.
